By relying on unique raw materials, feeding, forming, degreasing, and sintering processes, Gehong MIM aluminum alloy can achieve high density and small sintering deformation. Taking 6061 as an example, its sintering density reaches 2.69-2.70g/cm3, and the sintering deformation of 10mm sized parts is ± 0.05mm, with a hardness of HV50 ± 5. The yield strength in T6 heat treatment state is close to 300MPa and the elongation is not less than 6%.
