Powder injection molding technology has developed rapidly in recent years, and its products are widely used in the 3C fields of military, medical, and mobile phones. Currently, the main materials used are iron-based powder and stainless steel powder, and copper alloy and titanium alloy MIM are also rapidly developing. Aluminum alloy MIM has been exploring for many years, and China launched a major research plan project in 2021. Units such as Peking University of Science and Technology, Zhongnan University, Huawei, and Changzhou Jingyan participated in the project, reportedly making significant progress in the injection molding of lightweight and high-strength aluminum alloy powder. Our company has conducted research and trial production on alloy systems such as 6061, 2024, and 7075, and has achieved mass production of high-density 6061 aluminum alloy.
